The class program begins with the SMART START program where all our class gymnasts learn the basic shapes and movement patterns.
Training continues to the FLIPS program where fundamental skills are learned. With the preparation every gymnast progess through developmental levels to advanced gymnastics. Please visit our website for class schedules and pricing.

Our campers had an amazing first day full of gymnastics, crafts, smiles, and underwater-themed fun! We even had a special guest stop by to create beautiful mermaid hair, and everyone absolutely loved it! 🧜♀️✨
