If you found the first video when it came out, it’s been 4 weeks so it’s time to add some new exercises!

If you’re new here, I typically like to have my clients do the same movements for 4 weeks to perfect and master them before we add in more! (The original video is on my pelvic tilt highlight if you want to find it)

Save these to do every day to help strengthen, lengthen and reduce your posterior pelvic tilt.

The deep squat hold is SO good for your ankle, hip and low back mobility AND your joint health.

This position is something ALL of my clients train (even my clients in their 60s). Whether they can do a true deep squat hold, or we need use a different version, it’s still something I want them to be able to do.

You don’t need to be able to hold it for a crazy long time to start. Do what you can and work up to it!

That massage balls not working out so great, huh?

I like the first one for instant relief and the second one for mobility. Together they help relieve and prevent the dreaded shoulder blade knots.

I will post a part 2 after we work on these for a couple weeks!

Why I quit a Pilates program halfway through:

I just could not get the same level of confidence and the feeling of accomplishment from my workouts. I took a break from the program to lift and I never went back once I re-realized how much I loved that feeling 😂

I did take some movements from Pilates that I like and still do, so there is no shade towards the actual workouts. Just for me personally, I need that feeling at the end of the workout and Pilates was just not doing it for me.

If you’ve been hesitant, this is your sign to go lift some heavy s**t (safely) 🔥

I’m begging you to STOP sitting in your 90/90 stretch with your feet tucked to your body 🙏

Today we’re going over all the variations of a 90/90 stretch (from beginner to advanced) and how to progress to the next level.

If you need a standing only hip mobility exercise, watch until the end!

Save this for your next hip mobility session.

If you always have tension in your neck, this one is for you:

Desk workers, people who drive a lot for work, people who are on their phones a lot, high stress, etc, youre probably in a constant state of tension.

The most important thing is to be mindful of your head position. I want you to think about having the back of your head in line with your tailbone, SO OFTEN, we’re reaching our heads toward whatever we’re doing which is causing that tension. Another thing to focus on is keeping your shoulder blades out of your ears, let those shoulders RELAX.

And then, if you’re more of a “stuff” person and less of a “adding this to my routine” person, grab a neck pillow to help neutralize your spine while you’re sleeping 🔗

I have more exercises on my “neck pain” highlight!

Trying this Bulgarian split squat modification I saw on my feed 😈

Probably gonna be most of y’all’s new least favorite exercise TBH.

I didn’t feel a ton in my glutes while I was doing this, I felt it in my knees trying to stabilize as I was rotating to grab the kettlebell off the floor.

I wouldn’t try this if you don’t have good knee strength, good ankle mobility and strength AND good rotational strength. This one could be pretty rough on the knees without that.

First impressions: I would 100% use this for my athletes and since this video I have modified it (back foot on a yoga block instead of a bench) and used it for my client with knee pain.

STOP standing with your hips forward and your cheeks clenched ‼️ But you can’t, because your hip flexors are too tight to let you do that.

Follow the exercises mentioned in this video and head to my “pelvic tilt” highlight to see them in more detail to help fix your anterior pelvic tilt.

If your back hurts after standing all day, this ones for you.

This pi**ed me RIGHT THE F**K OFF today because it came through RIGHT AS I was finishing my Drs Apt that I had to FIGURE OUT WHY I CANT LOSE WEIGHT postpartum.

And the thing that really kills me is I don’t even post weight loss content 🙃

Stiff back after sitting? Add these 3 to your daily routine to lengthen those hip flexors and strengthen your glutes and core.

Check my back highlight for even more exercises to help with back pain, stiffness and mobility!
