The Yakima Valley Pippins is a professionally operated collegiate wood-bat baseball team in Yakima, Washington. Pippins Baseball is owned and operated by Pacific Baseball Ventures, LLC, a baseball and entertainment company that focuses on fan-friendly baseball experiences. It is led by a group of civic-minded individuals with strong ties to the Pacific Northwest and the game of baseball. Heading to USC this fall, it was a privilege to have Nick in a Pippins uniform and as a representative in the WCL All Star Game in Victoria. Always rooting for you, Nick.

Your favorite player’s favorite player and a Second Team ALL-WCL selection at 3B — give some love to Daichi Furuhata! Give it up for Parker Burt — Named today to the ALL-WCL team as an honorable mention selection at catcher. Parker took the WCL by storm with a hot start and some massive home runs including a game winner in Salem. Parker played in 48 games as C and DH, leading the Pippins in hits, doubles, homers, and RBI.
