That’s a wrap on NCA Cheer Camp and WOW did your Burnett Raiders show up and show out!! These girls worked overtime this week to perfect brand new routines and made it look easy, earning several Superior ratings and Technical Excellence awards (and a spirit stick every single day, but who’s counting?!).

We also had 3 team members tryout & make the NCA All-American team - huge congratulations to Ryan Davis, Peyton Day & Lyla Nompone!!

Huge thank you to our NCA buddy, Kayla, who brought our routines to life with all the spirit, and our incredible BJHS admin team for coming to cheer on & support our girls.. You are all SO greatly appreciated!

Day 2 of NCA Camp was another SUCCESS for your Burnett Raider Cheerleaders! Perfecting routines and adding our own personal touch to them, all while having some great bonding time with teammates.
One of our 8th grade cheerleaders, Ava Thomas, was also awarded the “America Needs Cheerleaders” pin by our NCA Staff buddy - an incredible honor gifted to a cheerleader who has shown great leadership qualities throughout the week - we’re so proud of you, Ava!!
And last, but certainly not least, we’re taking home that SPIRIT STICK once again (cue the crowd surfing)!

One last day of camp tomorrow, which means SHOW-OFFS!! Show-offs will be in the WEHS Competition Gym (enter through Williams Center doors) at 3:15 PM - please arrive between 3:00-3:10 so we can start promptly. Hope to see you all there💙⚔️

Finally celebrated our outstanding season with a party at Nickelrama! Ending our run as the Burnett Bucs with this team has been so special and I am SO proud of each and every one of our team members for their hard work and dedication to this sport. Here’s to a season we’ll never forget!
