Thank you Fort Worth Rugby Club and Plano Rugby for joining us today at The Rugby Garden for a forwards fitness and scrum session. A lot of hard work in the heat on body positioning and technique.

40 guys walked away with a stiff neck and better understanding of pressure and leverage.

The Knights will be hosting a joint Forwards Training session with Fort Worth RFC at The Rugby Garden this Sunday! Scrumming down at 10AM.
