Our newest location is officially coming to Riverview!

This isn’t Riforma Pilates. This is Riforma Strength, a new fitness studio focused on mat sculpt and strength training, designed to challenge you, build strength, and leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in. Created to complement our Pilates studio and help you achieve optimal results.

Sculpt & Stroll is back! ☀️

Join us Sunday July 19th for Sculpt & Stroll, an outdoor community event in downtown Wyandotte!

Participants will meet at Riforma Pilates studio at 11:30am, where we will then go on a short walk together as a group to an outdoor space in downtown Wyandotte for a 50 minute mat pilates class led by Riforma Pilates instructors.

Participants are required to bring their own mat, as the class will be on a grassy outdoor space.

Meet Rachel, owner of Riforma Pilates. Rachel turned her passion for Pilates into a welcoming space where people of all fitness levels can build strength, confidence, and connection. After teaching at multiple studios, she followed her dream of opening her own studio right here in Downtown Wyandotte, creating a place where movement is about so much more than exercise, it's about feeling your best, both physically and mentally.
