Chickee's Dance World CDW insists on a positive family oriented environment allowing for creativity and social interaction

Chickee's Dance World has been in operation since October 1983. We provide a comfortable atmosophere for which the students feel at home, therefore making dance more easily accessible. Because our instructors are very personable it allows the students and parents the opportunity to build a relationship with their teacher. All of us at CDW feel it is necessary to be concerned not only with the dance instruction, but with the student's level of self confidence. Dance can be one of the most rewarding activities when more attention is given to each student. We promise to provide memories that will last a lifetime along with self-confidence, respect and a love of Dance.

Introducing the CDW MENTOR Program ✨
Mentoring Emerging New Student Teachers On the Rise

At Chickee’s Dance World, we believe great teachers are developed with intention and begin with student teachers.

AGES 9 & up!

The MENTOR Program is our student teacher development pathway designed to give emerging educators meaningful, hands-on experience inside the classroom while learning directly from CDW faculty.

Through observation, assisting, leadership opportunities, and guided responsibility, MENTOR participants will begin developing the skills to inspire the next generation of dancers.

Because becoming a teacher starts long before you’re handed your own class.

THATS A WRAP ON ARTISTS’ RETREAT WEEKEND 2026! Company, Rookie Company and Performance Team Signing, Camp Rookies, Performance Power Up, Company Bootcamp, Headshots and some Coco’s Tropical Ice! We want to say THANK YOU to our staff who put this event together, thank you to all our teachers who traveled in to work with our dancers and thank you to all of you for continuing to trust CDW!
