We are SO excited to welcome Naomi to the Paradigm Pole Team!

With a background in music, rhythm and expressions are basically my love language and how I connect. Music is the heartbeat to my style. It shapes how I move, how I teach, and how I vibe. I’m all about connecting moves, and serving looks with even the simplest tricks.

Let’s be real, I don’t originally come from an athletic background, but I make it look good. I keep it 100, bring the hype, and yeah… I can be pretty unhinged sometimes. But that’s part of the fun, right? And trust me, if there’s a sneaky, low effort way to make it fabulous? Best believe I’m taking it and owning it. Why struggle when you can slay?

Come move with me. Good music, good energy, a little sass, and a playlist that always hits just right. Keep it simple… but make it extra!

Join us on April 12th @ 7pm to celebrate Paradigm Pole Fitness’s 10 year anniversary! 🎉🍾✨

If you are planning a routine for the show, please fill out the form on our website under Showcase Submissions. If you are in a group routine (24k, LUSH, SKRIP) your instructor will fill out the form.

In addition to individual performances we have added an opportunity for those who want to showcase their skills, but not choreograph an entire solo routine. Each leveled class (Pole 1.0, Pole 1.5, Pole 2.0, etc) will perform a 1 min-1 min30sec group exhibition. Students who choose to be part of the exhibition will pick which skills/combos they would like to perform so everyone isn’t stuck doing the same thing. Please fill out the STUDENT EXHIBITION form under the Showcase Submissions section on the website

We have Open Practice times available on the schedule to work on your combos, also (with instructor permission), you may work on your combos during the appropriate classes.

We are excited to welcome Thida to Paradigm PF!

This class begins with a comprehensive 30 minute warm up to prepare your body, followed by instruction on essential heels techniques, culminating in learning an exciting choreography combination that blends style and self expression. whether you’re new to dancing in heels or looking to refine your skills this class offers a supportive environment to move, feel empowered, and embrace your sensuality!
