Kristin is back in the yoga studio TONIGHT hosting our first Ecstatic Dance class of the season! Ecstatic Dance will be held on the second Saturday night of every month for the rest of the school year. Ecstatic Dance is an intuitive, music led movement practice where there are no steps to learn and no one watching...lt’s just you, the music, and your body’s own instincts. Together we move through waves of energy, from grounded stillness to full-bodied release and back again, held by a community that welcomes however you show up.
Put down your roles, responsibilities, and worries. Just breathe, sweat, and let whatever wants to move through you...MOVE!!

We’re hosting a community rope comp on Saturday, September 26th (open to ALL levels of climbers) and we have some pretty sick sponsors lined up to help make the day even more special! Whether you’re a seasoned climber looking for some friendly competition or you’ve never done a comp before and have absolutely no idea what you’re getting yourself into, we want you here. We even have an Ultra Youth category for kids who haven’t climbed much before but want to try it out. It’s the perfect chance to give a comp a try in a fun, low-pressure environment!

Only $40 for members! Register by August 26th to snag a limited-edition comp tee because if you’re going to challenge yourself, you might as well get a shirt out of it.
