Yoga for everyone in the heart of Worcester. We are pleased to offer affordable and integrative yoga First class is ALWAYS FREE!

Union Street Yoga @ Enlightened Interventions, LLC is an integrative yoga studio that offers classes and workshops for beginners to experienced yogis alike. We believe in offering elite instruction from expert teachers, intimate classes, and a tightknit and warm yoga community. Our site also offers discounted wellness services to our students, such as massage therapy, reflexology, reiki, and more. We offer convenient free parking, and yoga mats and props for purchase or use.

Join us at Union Street Yoga for a Beginner Level Sound Bowls Training with Brooke Karunanande. This hands-on training is designed to help you build confidence working with crystal singing bowls while learning about sound science, energy centers, music theory, harmony, intervals, and creating intentional sound journeys.

Meet Jessica, one of our wonderful instructors who has been teaching at Union Street Yoga since 2016!

With a steady, soothing, and mindful teaching style, Jessica loves reading the room and making each practice flexible according to the energy of the students.

“I love reading the room and making the practice flexible according to the energy. The best part is seeing the positive changes in peoples faces and bodies at the end of class. It’s an honor to help students feel better.”

A fun fact about Jessica? She’s been teaching yoga for 24 years! 🤯✨ Her favorite pose is Double Pigeon, and you may even hear Shanti by MC Yogi during one of her classes.
