Twelve classes in a month doesn’t happen by accident. It happens on the mornings you didn’t feel like it. The days work ran long, the kids had practice, the weather was perfect for staying home — and you showed up anyway.
That’s what this list is. Not the fittest, not the fastest — the ones who kept coming back. Consistency isn’t flashy, but it’s the whole game, and these 76 members proved it all month long.

Whether he’s dancing between sets, screaming the chorus at the top of his lungs mid rep, cracking jokes, cheering you through a tough workout, or welcoming every single person through the door, Mikey has a way of making CrossFit Wooster feel like home.
