Week 2 of the Fall Trap League continues tonight, August 27, 2026

**VOLUNTEER HELP NEEDED**

We are in need of volunteers to assist with scoring and helping out throughout the night. Shooting starts around 430p and we conclude at 9p. We would appreciate your help even if you would score for a couple of hours; it would be beneficial. If it is your first time, no worries, we will train you and show you how it’s done.

We apologize and appreciate the teams for being understanding when we had a part failure in trap machine #2. Good news - We got it back up and running shortly and are good to go. Those teams affected have been rescheduled.

Request for Help - Saturday, June 6, 2026

We will have the Annual Swamp Donkey Youth Trap Shoot Competition and are in need of help for the below volunteer positions:
- Kitchen Help: 8 people total
- Trap Machine Reloaders: 10 people total
Event will take place during the day; we need volunteers from 7am through 4pm

Not sure what to do; don’t worry - we will provide instructions and can use your support to make this event run smoothly.

The club grounds will be closed this weekend May 23rd and 24th for the NAVHDA test weekend. This includes all fields and gun ranges as they will be closed for this Saturday and Sunday.

The club grounds will be shut down from Thursday, May 14 through Sunday, May 17th for the Silver Dollar Derby. THIS INCLUDES THE CLUBHOUSES, ALL FIELDS, and ALL RANGES!
