First time out on the Quabbin from Gate 43 for me today. Thanks Syd. We picked up two lakers, two salmon & a rainbow to complete the Quabbin Hat Trick. Rainbow on Lucky Luke's creamsicle blazer spoon. One of the salmon on a Bartlett CMFTrolling Lure. Beautiful day to be on the water. ,

Beautiful day at the Quabbin Reservoir yesterday, with Bartlett CMF Trolling Lures producing some nice fish. The loon was preening. Ran into Yogi on the way out.

Same NY trip from September, 2023. Arrived at my cousin, Floyd Bartlett, with a Bartlett CMF Trolling Lure copperhead on my pole from the day before at Millsite Lake. See my previous post for the results of that day. We were heading out on the St Lawrence to bounce bottom for walleyes. Asked him if I should change to a worm harness, said no try the copperhead with a crawler. Floyd had worm harness on. First pass I picked up a this walleye, 2nd, 3rd pass I picked up a walleye each time. No action on the worm harness. He put a copperhead on & landed this nice one on the next pass. A few big boats went by.

Another beautiful day on the Quabbin Reservoir. My first salmon & laker on a Lucky Luke's creamsicle. 4 rainbow & 3 small mouth on Bartlett CMFTrolling lures pink panther, pumpkin eater & copperhead. Eagle was thirsty.

Bartlett CMF Trolling Lures worked well today. Four rainbow & two lakers on the pink panther & pumpkin eater. Two salmon on the blue fish & my first salmon on a Lucky Luke's zebra ghost spoon.
