We will have one spot coming open in our East Paddock, starting 9/15, and three more spots will become available 10/1! East Paddock is a great budget-friendly option, with flexibility for full care or self care. Each boarder is provided access to a personal tack space, four arenas (including one covered!), multiple crossties and washracks, and trail access. 🐎 Secure your spot for the fall before they fill! 🎃

Sugarland’s own combined driving trainer, Madeleine Augustsson, has training availability!

She has a limited few stalls open in her training program.

Madeleine can offer a variety of individual service packages;
* 5 day training program with 1 lesson per week.
* Starting horses/ponies in carriage.
* Under saddle conditioning/strengthening for horses without spook/buck.
* Care program only (1-2 horses only).

The final installment of our boarder features is Lori Conrow! Last weekend Lori took her stallion, Black N Bluu - OIABB Black Stallion (aka Curly), and her gelding Books to the NCRCHA show! Curly added some money to his LTE with second in the non-pro bridle and intermediate bridle. Books won the Junior non-pro club class and also brought home some money! Congratulations Lori, best of luck with the rest of the season!

Our series of showcasing our boarders’ achievements continues! Last weekend Sugarland’s newest trainer, Amanda Jarose, took a training client to the Feathered Horse Classic:

This was Linda’s mare Blitz first time competing at a Gypsy Vanner breed show. She won the Open WJ/WT high point division. Blitz competed in 13 classes over two days and was the unanimous winner under both judges for Dressage suitability, Western Dressage suitability, English pleasure, and the Freestyle classes. We are so proud of her!

We apologize for any confusion our recent reminder post may have caused.

Our 2026 Ranch Series has been canceled. However, we are excited to host our 2026 Buckle Bonanza this September, and we can't wait to see everyone there!

For those who haven't shown with us in the last few years, here are a few reminders:

We now use a user-friendly online entry form, which offers the convenience of paying by credit card (processing fees apply).

We also continue to accept checks for pre-entries.

As always, day-of-show entries are welcome and will continue to be accepted this season.

While we are happy to accommodate day-of entries, they can slow down the check-in process when a large number of exhibitors arrive at once. Pre-entering helps us get everyone checked in more efficiently and allows us to keep the day running on schedule.

As both a facility and show producer, we are committed to providing a fun, event with great prizes for our local competitors—and those who travel to join us as well.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support our shows over the years. We truly appreciate each of you and look forward to welcoming familiar faces and new competitors alike this September.
