Ha VO has been with Solutech for eight years, growing her skills and taking on new challenges! She started in rework and repair and has worked her way up to becoming our Senior Transducer Repair Technician!

In her role, Ha troubleshoots complex circuitry on microelectronics, performs fine-pitch soldering, and serves as our in-house IPC trainer. She enjoys learning new things and finding innovative ways to solve problems.

Outside of Solutech, Ha enjoys traveling, with the Caribbean being her favorite destination. She and her husband are planning a trip to the Bahamas to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary!

Nick Goebel is a seasoned executive with over 24 years of experience leading global service organizations across industrial and healthcare markets. As CEO of Solutech, he brings a sharp focus on delivering best-in-class independent service for radiotherapy and ultrasound equipment — combining operational rigor with a deep commitment to customer outcomes.

Before joining Solutech, Nick served as Global VP/GM of Services at Danaher/Videojet Technologies and spent 19 years at Rockwell Automation in senior roles spanning P&L leadership, global service operations, customer success, and business development.

Nick holds an MBA from Marquette University, a Mechanical Engineering degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering and completed the Kellogg Competitive Strategy Program, in addition to his Six Sigma certification.
