Good evening WCC & WPRD members, patrons and all who are interested;
General announcement for all,

We are unable to send out email messages or text blasts to all accounts in our Myrec system.
We (WCC) are open normal hours and all programs and activities are on as scheduled for today and this weekend.
Unfortunately our Website (Myrec) is down and we are unable to use our systems at this time!
We have no ability to look up rosters, game schedules, swim lessons, etc.
We are doing everything manually (cash & check), we are unable to process credit cards at this time.
We are asking everyone to check in manually (name & number) at the WCC front desk
Thank you for your patience as we get through this unscheduled outage.

Below is the message received from MyRec.com late this afternoon (Friday, September 11th).

Dear Valued Client,

We want to give you the most current and honest update we have. Based on today's assessment by our technical team, we currently estimate that MyRec.com sites will remain offline until tomorrow evening.

We know this is a significant disruption to your operations, and we recommend planning for manual processes through tomorrow. We will continue to update you if this timeline changes in either direction.

We're sorry for the extended impact this is having on your department, and we appreciate your patience as our team works to bring everything back safely.

Looks like mother nature is up for some PiYo on the Pier tomorrow morning! WCC is closed this weekend so this is perfect! 60-62 at 7 am is predicted.

Saturday morning PiYo rain location will be at Wiscasset Community Center tomorrow morning at 7am!

We had a patron at the Senior Flex and Fit class today missing her car keys with a key fob on it. They were sitting on a chair in the gym. If you accidentally put them in your bag please return them to us at the front desk asap.

No PiYo tomorrow morning since it looks like they are going to be closing off that parking area and setting up for all kinds of events tonight and tomorrow. We will be back next Saturday! Enjoy the weekend and stay safe!

Saturdays at 7am on the pier at the end of Water St(weather permitting, or WCC if not) and Wednesdays at 7pm at Wiscasset Community Center!

Who wants to PiYo? Our class LOVES to have new folks come and try the moves, to build strength, flexibility and mobility! Please joins us! Wednesday 6p and Saturday 7:00a. Saturdays are still on the pier for now and the mornings are spectacular ❣️
