They say green is the color of hope, growth, and new beginnings… and I think that’s exactly why I’ve always loved it.
July has been beautifully chaotic. It stretched me in ways I wasn’t expecting—with events, schedule changes, challenges, and so many opportunities to grow. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing because every challenge became a lesson.
Now I’m excited for what’s next.
As I plan the next chapter of 2026, my biggest goal isn’t just growing my business—it’s helping more women feel energized, strong, confident, and healthy at every stage of life.
