Our 2026 TOUGH 12 summer workouts kick off on June 9th! Please note that due to current summer construction at Lake Howell High School, all weight room sessions will be held at Trinity Preparatory School!

⚠️ CRITICAL: ATHLETIC CLEARANCE REQUIRED ⚠️

Every athlete MUST be fully cleared before stepping on the field. Do not wait! The process is 100% online.

You must complete the following:
✅ Create an athletic clearance profile
✅ Upload a valid physical
✅ Upload an ECG
✅ Ensure all paperwork is finalized
