Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are going into month 5 of their YTT program🤩 This past weekend they worked on sequencing postures together, working on peak poses, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and how to teach for beginners. This group is eager, dedicated and ready for more as they meet this weekend to wrap up sun salutations!
