🔥🏕️ What a WEEK at Alter Kids Academy! 🏕️🔥

Learning is always better when we can see it, do it, and experience it! 🩷

This week was packed with hands-on learning and some pretty special visitors!

🚒 A huge THANK YOU to the Winnsboro Fire Department for coming to AKA and teaching our students about fire safety! Our kids loved meeting our firefighters, learning how they help keep our community safe, and discovering what to do in an emergency.

🏕️ Then we brought the learning indoors with a little indoor camping! We practiced the fire-safety lessons we had learned and, of course, no camping adventure would be complete without s’mores! 🔥🍫

Ms Stephanie with Alter Active got everyone moving during PE, while Ms. Heather led our Bible study as we learned about God’s Creation. 🌎🌿☀️

🧪 We also squeezed in STEM exploration, academics, hands-on activities, play, laughter, and lots of learning along the way!

We love watching our students discover that learning doesn’t only happen with a pencil and paper. At AKA, we want them to explore, create, move, ask questions, and see God’s hand in the world around them. 💗

ENCOUNTER | SESSION TWO — AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM

Tomorrow night, September 13 at 6PM, we’re gathering again at the Alter Ministries Center for another night of Encounter.

Come expecting to encounter Him in a whole new way. Or maybe even for the first time.

There will be worship, a message, and intentional prayer and ministry time.

Intimate. Intentional. Impactful.

Doors open at 5:30PM.

START SPREADING THE NEWS!!! Alter Active registration begins Saturday, September 5th. Our class schedule will be available to view tomorrow. Parents will be able to log into our online registration program and create an account through our parent portal on Saturday. Classes will begin October 5th. 🙏
