EXTRA EXPO SHIRTS 💜🐴

We ended up with a handful of extra purple volunteer shirts from Saturday’s Expo, so I’m offering the remaining ones for $15 each!

Purple Gildan tees with the Expo logo on the left chest. Limited sizes and quantities — once they’re gone, they’re gone!

I also have one imperfect medium shirt for $5 because the logo didn’t press quite right. Still wearable, just not something I’d sell at full price. (2nd photo)

Happy Sunday! 💜🐴

After a very full Expo day yesterday, our team will be taking today to rest, recover, and spend some time with our families. We may be a little slower responding to messages today, but we’ll be back at it soon!

In the meantime, we want to see the Expo through YOUR eyes! 📸

We created a community photo gallery with Knipsmig where you can view photos from the Expo AND upload your own!

We sent QR codes around to our vendors yesterday to display for everyone… and several of them started uploading pictures of their booths instead. 😂 Honestly, we love those too!

Now we want to see everyone’s perspective — attendees, vendors, volunteers, presenters, families, all of you.

If you took photos of the horses, demonstrations, your kids having fun, something you bought, your favorite booth, selfies, candid moments, or anything else from the day, add them to the gallery!

Leaves, Lattes, & Leather 2026 is officially in the books! 💜

Thank you to every attendee, vendor, sponsor, volunteer, committee and team member, photographer, presenter, performer, and community partner who helped make today possible. So many people gave their time, talents, resources, and support—often going far beyond what was expected—and we are incredibly grateful.

Today required our small team to adapt very quickly. Within a short period of time, we experienced vendor cancellations and no-shows, multiple food-truck cancellations—a presenter cancellation, and unexpected staffing changes. We understand that emergencies happen and some circumstances are completely unavoidable, but several last-minute changes at once still create challenges behind the scenes that cannot always be immediately resolved.

Even with those challenges, our team, volunteers, vendors, presenters, and community partners pulled together to keep the day moving. We are deeply grateful for the patience, flexibility, and grace shown by everyone who stepped in, adjusted, or helped wherever they were needed.

One of the things we love most about the Union Horse Expo is the diversity of the community it brings together. For some vendors, today was their very first event and an opportunity to debut their business or products. Others have attended 100 events or more and brought years of experience with them. We’re proud to provide a welcoming space where new businesses can take their first steps, experienced vendors can continue growing, and people from every corner of the community can come together.

This was only our second event incorporating presentations and live demonstrations, and seeing the horses enter the arena is always incredibly special. Today carried even greater meaning as our community came together in support of suicide-prevention awareness.

This was also our first year producing two Expo events. We are still working with a very small team, and coordinating two full events in one year—with vendors, horses, demonstrations, presenters, food trucks, volunteers, parking, and countless other moving pieces—was a major undertaking.

No event unfolds exactly according to plan, and every event gives us new lessons and opportunities to improve. We’re grateful for the kind words, constructive feedback, patience, and understanding we received throughout the day.

Most of all, thank you for showing up, supporting small businesses, encouraging our presenters and performers, and believing in what we’re building. We’ll be sharing photographs and videos as they become available, and we cannot wait for you to see the beautiful moments captured throughout the day.
