Those first 10 minutes of gymnastics class might look like the kids are “just sitting around” to a parent, but there is SO much learning happening! ❤️
We use that time to connect and build relationships with the children, stretch and prepare their muscles, and learn important gymnastics terminology. They’re learning how to properly stretch, why we stretch, and how to use their bodies safely—all while building confidence and growing together.

Sometimes the most important learning doesn’t look like a back handspring! 🤸‍♀️

“But what is my child learning in gymnastics?” 🤔

Just because they aren’t doing back tucks yet doesn’t mean they aren’t learning!

Gymnastics builds strength, coordination, balance, body awareness, focus, confidence, listening skills, perseverance, and so much more. 🧠💪🤸‍♀️

It’s like going to the gym for an hour and saying there’s no benefit because you can’t see the results immediately. Progress doesn’t always look impressive—it’s happening with every repetition.

They’re not just learning gymnastics. They’re learning how to use their body, their brain, and their confidence. ❤️

Tiny bubbles everywhere… and SO much learning happening!

To us, they’re just bubbles. To little ones, they’re a whole workout for their growing brains! 🧠💪

👀 Tracking bubbles = visual skills
🎯 Chasing & popping = hand-eye coordination
📏 Watching them move closer & farther = depth perception
📖 Building visual tracking = reading readiness
