Falcon Hill Farm Full service Hunter/Jumper/Dressage Equestrian facility located just 30 miles south of Birmingham, AL. We offer lessons, training, shows, and sales.

Falcon Hill Farm is owned and run by the McCown family. We focus on Hunter/Jumper and Dressage training, traveling to both local and AA rated events. We always have a selection of horses for sale or lease. Feel free to message for more information.

Leon from El Gezira Riding Academy joined us and put in solid trips on Dude!

Ace came on a field trip and was very brave with Grace Humber

Brio had lovely rounds in Low and AHJA hunter with Grace Humber as well!

Scarlet and Pippa were Champions in Regular Pony Hunter!

Grace and Demi put in lovely rounds in both of her divisions. They won the pre children’s under saddle and has a clean sweep of modified hunter! 👏🏻🤩

Catching up on show posts from the last couple of months!

Big shoutout to our hard working short stirrup kiddos, Reagan and Everly!

Reagan, who’s pony is very young and green shows up and tackles new challenges every day! She’s learned that training a young one is a bit of a rollercoaster ride, but we are so proud of her progress and tenacity!

Everly, who rides our lesson pony, Princess, has been doing a wonderful job with this speedy girl!

Both girls had a blast stepping out of their comfort zones at the summer jumper shows and put in great rides at the River Pine Hunter show!
Success isn’t measured in ribbons and I’m so proud that all our riders show up each week with the goal of learning and improving! 🥰

A few updates! We are gearing up for summer and fall show season! Next up is Kentucky Summer Classic and Pony Finals followed by AHJA Jumper Show at home on August 22nd!

We have 3 stalls available in our show barn and a few in house leases available, including a local children’s pony hunter, 2’- 2’6 packers, and a competitive 3’-3’3 hunter! Text or call Molly at 205 602-3939 for more information!

Jumper summer kicked off with the show! Our team had a ton of fun and brought home great results!

Everly and Love Story braved their first jumper show together and won 4th place in the .65m speed round! 🤍

Grace Ownes was our catch rider of the week! She had a blast piloting Grace Humber’s Balencia around the .75’s and our own baby stallion around his first jumper show! 🧡

Reagan McLean and Show Girl also had their first jumper show together and placed 6th in the .65m jump off round! 💚

Emma and FHF Little Poet were 1st in both .65m rounds and moved up to the .75m bringing home a 2nd and a 5th! 🥇🥇🥈💖

Sam and Air Raymond put in solid rounds getting 5th in the .85m speed and 2nd and 3rd in the .95m! 🥈🥉🚀

Last but not least, Grace Humber and Dublin won all three of their rounds in the .95m and 1.0m! 🥇🥇🥇💙

Foundation slay today! 💁🏼‍♀️

Grace Owens and Demitasse were reserve champions in Pre Children’s, won the modified under saddle, and were 2nd in their eq over fences! ❤️

Scarlet and FHF Pippapotamus won all their Hunter over fences for double champions in schooling and regular pony! 👏🏻

Everly and Peyton put in solid rounds in starting Hunter and short stirrup and continue to show much improvement each show! 🥰
