No matter your pace or fitness level, this is your invitation to stand shoulder to shoulder with your brothers. Bring your grit. Bring your flag. Bring a friend.

All other AOs will be CLOSED. This is where we’ll be.

Something bigger than a workout took place this morning at The Combine. As F3CapeFear’s commitment to leadership, service and investing in the next generation we had the privilege to put that into action and give away a $4,000 scholarship to help Space Jam reach the next level in his education! This guy has big dreams and I can wait to see them unfold! Stoked to be such a small part of an amazing group of dudes who know how to “give it away” for something bigger than self. Strong work men! Let’s go Space Jam!!

It’s rare that we shut down Baywatch.

This Saturday, we’ll be converging with The Combine at 0700 (1101 Manly Ave) for something bigger than a workout. As part of our commitment to leadership, service, and investing in the next generation, F3 Cape Fear will be presenting a scholarship to a deserving recipient.

The beach can wait one morning.

This morning at Arrowhead, we didn’t just sweat—we sharpened. Leadership isn’t a title, it’s a role you live out. And today, we lived it.

A true leader is observant—he knows his mission, sees the terrain, and recognizes the strengths of his team.

A leader is a scout—always scanning for obstacles, charting the course forward.

A leader is a listener—he hears what’s unspoken, and digs into the real objective beneath the noise.

As we pushed through the hills of Arrowhead, when we worked together, listened, and stayed mission-focused, we were unstoppable.
