Meet the youngest member of the Tiger Kicks Demo Team! 🥋❤️

Santiago recently turned 6 and is now the youngest Demo Team member we’ve ever had.

He may be young, but he comes to practice ready to learn, listens carefully, and gives his best effort. There is still a long journey ahead, but every great journey starts with a first step.

We can’t wait to watch Santiago grow alongside his older teammates. 🌱

A short test video from the Tiger Kicks Black Belt Curriculum.

We connect movements from Taegeuk 1 through 8 with the principles of Eum Yang Su from Pro Taekwondo. We are not changing the poomsae. We are helping Black Belt students understand how its movements can flow into practical defense and counterattack.

A 5 year old student from Tiger Kicks Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, practices Double Hand Technique beside a clip of Yuk Gi Gong from Pro Taekwondo.

Created at Tiger Kicks by the late Master CK Kim (김창겸) to help young children learn, this method is now used by many schools. Though different, both train two hand coordination, breathing, and power control. They also show how Pro Taekwondo principles can become curriculum for young WT students.
