Rifling through to locate a soundscape that makes me prime a new tune- “What I Once Was” Glad I keep capturing songs but at what end this time? Self love and reminisce of later days…a type of meditation and mindfulness.

Once a deer approached me at Sad Songs Camp while composing a song! I printed two pics of her and my kid colored her own version.
Recently I taught a small class on writing songs and brought my photo as a share.
These are kids attending a brief class I am teaching at a local library. It is a brief moment when I share my photo and story. It would be the kids get my story straight away and they notice a small detail I am tickled to disclose.
After I shared, “See how the deer is listening?” One kid says, “Yeah, and it is 😉 winking too!”
Well, I guess it takes another perspective to see the entirety of warm gestures from the creature nod of the majestic woods.
