Still feeling so much gratitude for our annual Harvest Moon Beach Yoga & Sound Healing.

What a beautiful evening filled with breath, abundance, sound healing, mudra, Moon Salutations, and, of course… the star of the show: the Harvest Moon.

Watching her rise over the horizon bright, full, and glowing... was truly magical. We are SO incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and shared in the experience.

Our cups are full. Thank you for moving, breathing, listening, reflecting, and celebrating with us under the moonlight.

We hope to see you all again at the next event!

We're so pumped for beach yoga tonight! If you have been waiting to sign up, grab your spot now and meet us on Carolina Beach at the Tennessee Ave Access point at 6:30pm!

🌙 Bring a sweatshirt, it's going to cool off as the sun goes down. Evoke merch will also be available for purchase!

🌖 Bring a Beach towel, yoga mat, or blanket to move on, and some water to keep you hydrated. If you forget yours, no worries! We've got you.

🌕 Someone will be there to greet you at the access point to check you in and tell you where to go.

The Practice of Becoming was such a beautiful experience. From the moment you walked in, you could feel the warmth, intention, and care that Sydney and Jessie poured into the space. They created a place where everyone could feel supported enough to slow down, tune in, and dream without borders.

Through movement, journaling, healing frequencies, and thoughtful guidance, participants were invited to connect with their desires, explore what they’re calling in, and leave with a little more clarity around what could be next.

There was something really special about witnessing it all come together. If you missed this one, don’t stress! The Practice of Becoming will be back. We can’t wait to welcome you into the next one. ✨
