We promise that you will burn upto 800 calories in 1 hour. You'll have so much fun dancing and laughing
that you won't even know you're doing something great for you and your body.

The weather looks like it's going to hold out for us.
Join us this Saturday outside at Osborne Park in Willoughby for the SKW Fitness End Of Summer Dance Party. Class is from 9 - 10am. We'll be at the front of the park closest to Lakeshore Blvd.
$6 per person and everyone is invited. Afterwards we'll be going to Bonita Dia for brunch.
We may even have a guest appearance from Kailey Saywell!!!

The weather looks like it's going to hold out for us.
Join us this Saturday outside at Osborne Park in Willoughby for the SKW Fitness End Of Summer Dance Party. Class is from 9 - 10am. We'll be at the front of the park closest to Lakeshore Blvd.
