Ok, I LOVE our petite with all of its nuance and fancy equipment, but I would be a big fat liar if I said I didn’t miss a large group mat class.

It’s an itch I don’t get to scratch often, and I’m so excited that I get to, and TALEA B**r Co. of all the places - the most amazing space, I love teaming up with other women-owned businesses 💪

Take your time, friends.

The world moves fast enough!

Tuning in is the hardest part, and the thing that actually moves the needle.

Pilates, in this way, is a great teacher.

It teaches us to search from within what we need to do in order to produce something externally —> not the other way around.

A metaphor for life!?

Anyways, here’s a slow Neck Pull from the Mat Series that made me feel the feels
💪 spacious and strong, inside + out
💪 and super fabulous is that for the hour of my practice, my mind was calm and focused.

Your cues for Neck Pull: Curl on the inside, lengthen on the outside, reach through the heels.

Come to mat class - it’s certainly not easy but man it does wonders for the nervous system ✨

Perhaps you’ve heard that Pilates is great for you, but you’re unsure where to start? Maybe you’ve taken a few classes but you want to continue to build your foundational skills?

We’ll take it step-by-step, ensuring you’re building a strong foundation that will carry you forwards thoughtfully and progressively.

In real time, you’ll move while learning the language, the names of the exercises, the “why” and the “how”, and the equipment set up.

Hey mama!

Whether it’s been 6 weeks or 6 years, after pregnancy, we often hear from women that they feel disconnected from their core - and it makes sense why!

So we made a class specifically for the Postnatal body and it’s all about:
✨healing, and healing WELL - from your neck to your wrists, your linea alba to your feet
✨ reconnecting with your deep abdominals muscles for pelvic floor support and core strength
✨mitigating the physical aches and pains of motherhood
✨ realigning the ribs and pelvis for better functioning
✨creating space where there is tension + strength where there is laxity
✨ creating community and nervous system support

As we say, motherhood is a marathon, and we have to train like athletes - full body, connecting with mind and breath, and safely and progressively loading the body for greater demands.

Join us on Tuesdays at 12pm for a smart, energetic mat class - classically inspired, PT inspired, YOU inspired!
