Back Mountain Shootout The BACK Mt. SHOOTOUT is a youth basketball tournament that started in 2011. It has become one of the largest school based tourneys in Pa.

With brackets featuring different skill levels to accommodate all teams, from entry level to the most competitive. The BACK MOUNTAIN SHOOTOUT is a boys and girls youth basketball tournament for school, league and travel teams. Founded is 2011 it has quickly become one of the largest tournaments in the Northeast featuring over 70 teams. The 2017 BACK MOUNTAIN SHOOTOUT will take place March 9-12 at Lake-Lehman High School. Lake-Lehman features 3 full size courts under 1 roof, a fantastic concession stand, plenty of seating for all fans, and a great family friendly atmosphere.
