School is back in session and that means it is time for students to submit their essays for the 2026 Wyoming Valley Veterans Day Parade Committee Essay Contest. Letters with instructions have been dropped off and/or emailed to all of the local school districts. Home schooled children are also invited to participate.

Students have a chance to win cash prizes, attend our Annual Veterans Brunch, and march in the parade and hand out flags to spectators.

Prizes to be awarded for 3 age group categories:
1st Place: $250
2nd Place: $150
3rd Place: $100
Honorable Mention: $50

All school winners will receive Certificates and are invited to march in the parade on November 8th.

What a great night at Three Legacies Wrestling event. Awesome show all around. Get out and support your independent wrestling shows as often as you can. Glad I was in the area for this one. Got to see and talk with Oxx Adams and also exchanged pleasantries with both Enzo and Ellsworth when they were not swamped by lines of fans.
