What a way to open bracket play!

Trailing 9-5 with time expired and down to our final chance, this team refused to quit. One batter at a time, they chipped away, showing patience, grit, and belief until they completed an unforgettable walk-off comeback.

Addy Brownlee ignited the rally with a leadoff walk, and Kynedi Huggard followed after being hit by a pitch to put two runners aboard. Ella Thiessen then delivered the biggest swing of the game to that point, ripping a line-drive double into left-center to score two and cut the deficit to just 9-7.

Brooklyn Burling kept the pressure on with a walk before Faith Duncan came through with a clutch RBI single to left, bringing the tying run to the plate. Annie Cram followed with a sharp line-drive single to center, and Brooklynn Dinkel battled before shooting a lightning-quick single back through the middle off the pitcher to drive home the tying run.

With the momentum completely on our side, Haidy Hartley showed incredible patience, grinding through an 11-pitch walk to load the bases. Then, with everything on the line, Daylie Pracht delivered the finishing blow—a sacrifice fly that brought home the winning run and completed an incredible 10-9 walk-off victory.

From four runs down with time expired to celebrating at home plate, it was a comeback fueled by toughness, timely hitting, and a team that never believed the game was over.
