Sharing Embodied by Design with you felt like watching a dream Ashley and I have been quietly nurturing come to life. Together, we explored the Will Center—our relationship with worth, effort, promises, rest, and the places where we may feel called to prove ourselves.

Thank you for showing up with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to experience Human Design beyond the chart and within the body.

This was only the beginning. Ashley and I are already dreaming up the next gathering as we continue exploring each center in Human Design.

The cat is officially out of the bag…
Inner Oasis is opening a physical location in downtown Wichita. 🌿

Demo has started, progress is happening, and this dream is getting very real — dusty walls, sledgehammers, happy chaos and all.

We don’t have an official opening date to share just yet, but we are building something beautiful: infrared yoga, unheated yoga, Reiki, sauna recovery, spa services, and a space designed to help you come home to yourself.

To the people who have shown up, taken classes, booked sessions, shared posts, brought friends, encouraged us, and helped build this dream before there were walls to put it in — thank you. Truly.

Turns out “lack of motivation” does not count as a substitute teacher. 😅

Some days the hardest part is getting yourself there — even when you’re the one leading the class.

A gentle reminder that teachers are human too. We still have tired days, low-energy days, and “please don’t make me talk to people” days.

But usually, once we show up, breathe, move, and get back into our bodies… we remember why we love this practice in the first place.

See you on the mat. I’ll be the one pretending I wasn’t just negotiating with myself in the parking lot. 🌿

The door is opening… and this next chapter feels different.

Inner Oasis Wellness is slowly becoming more than a dream — it’s becoming a space. A place for warmth, movement, rest, breath, sound, healing, and community.

We’re not sharing everything just yet, but the beginning is here.
