We are bringing it! Class after class, workshop after workshop, community offering after community offering and we do it all for our COMMUNITY!

We work tirelessly. Sher holds down many jobs and roles, Hope works full time while Directing the studio to make sure you are receiving QUALITY programming all year long!

Many months we do well enough that the studio supports itself and many months we support the studio. It is our belief that what we have grown here in this space is truly meaningful for the people that participate and the lives we have touched.

If you have been peeking in, if you have felt the urge to come, we encourage you to come in and experience what our instructors bring to YOU! JOY, RELIEF, AND MAYBE A LITTLE PEACE?

Come join us for this ecumenical monthly service of Taize. Taize is a contemplative prayerful approach to worship where all are welcome. Featuring simple songs accompanied by a guitar with each song being followed by a few moments of silence where you will be invited to look inward and reflect. During these transitions there will be an offer of a gentle yoga pose you can choose to try to bring some movement to the practice. The space will be warmly lit with candles and you will be provided options to sit on a chair or on a yoga mat. There will be a few readings of scripture, poems, or prayers during the time as well. This donation based community event is a time to connect within the community and within yourself. Hosted by Cassie McKamey, local yoga teacher and facilitator, Mark Williams, local spiritual director, and Lauren Scislowski, local musician.
