SDF of Wichita Instructors have a goal to create a space for you to be free, to move your body and feel confident as you exercise in our classes. We also strive to create a supportive community as you work towards your fitness goals.

We’re combining summer + Halloween at Saturday’s Summerween themed class where costumes are welcome. Our friend Bertha has a few ideas for you.

In the efforts of combing things together, this special Summerween class will be a combined SHiNE + UPLIFT class. It begins at 9:30 AM at Fit Physique- 2111 N Maize Rd (upstairs at Acrobatic Academy).

Class is only $5 per person. We hope you’ll join us!

On Saturday we’ll lift heavy and dance freely — Sunmerween style! Grab a costume if you’d like and come to class to think crisp autumn thoughts with us as we lift and dance to Halloween vibes. Saturday, July 18, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Fit Physique Fitness Center (2111 N Maize Rd, Wichita). Just $5 to drop in.

Our Shining Star for July is Katie Ricke! Katie is a regular at both Fit Physique and Maize Rec, sometimes getting in more than one class per day! 💪 Katie is a go-getter with a positive attitude. She always greets new students with a smile and makes them feel welcome! We are so thankful to have her in our Wichita SHiNE Fitness crew! 🩷🩵
