We will be indoors at Hoover Field, but be sure to still bring plenty of water. Pitchers, be sure to try to bring your own Catcher if possible. There are usually less Catchers than Pitchers.

First place in the Silver Bracket to finish the season!

We had a rough first pool play game that kicked us down to the silver bracket due to the consolidated pool play schedule, but our girls proved that it doesn’t matter who the competition was, they were ready to compete and win!

After a 14-7 loss to Blaze on Friday night, we racked up a 14-0 win over Fury on Saturday, and then on Sunday in 3 games back to back, we had a 10-5 win over Synergy, a complete team 12-0 win over Frenzy and beating Competitive Edge 14-2 to bring home the gold in our bracket!

With team batting averages over the weekend of .455 and on base percentages of almost .700, our bats were hot! Multiple doubles and triples hit by multiple players always makes it fun!

Pitching was great as well with 28 strikeouts over 5 games and a team ERA of 4.39 and our pitchers throwing 60% of strikes all together, we cooled off opponents bats on this hot weekend.

We are sincerely grateful for everyone’s support this entire season. From our first gathering in the fall to playing 3 straight in 100 degree heat, we are so thankful for every single girl and family on our team. We try to make it more about life than softball and I hope our girls felt that and witnessed that.

Last Tournament of the Season on deck this weekend in Derby! Excited to get back out there one last time as a group.

We appreciate everyone's support this season. On the field, we started out slow. Our work in practices and through time in the batting cages has made a huge difference with our team. I'd like to think that we are a team that teams don't want to see on our schedule. Our improvements from day 1 to now has been great to see! From a 4-9 record in the fall to a 17-15-1 record this spring can put a smile on anyone's face.

However, on the field is one thing, our off the field activities and gatherings are always our favorite. From our first gathering in September, to gift exchange over the winter to pool parties and everything in between, we've gotten to know these girls and that's been our favorite part.

Time to finish strong and let's go have some fun!
