5 things about Bungee Fit we can almost guarantee you didn’t know… which makes it even more fun!

🩵 It’s low-impact on your joints. The bungee helps absorb impact, making jumping and cardio easier on your knees and hips.

🩵 Your core is working almost the entire class. Even when you don’t realize it.

🩵 You don’t have to be “fit” to start. Level 1 is designed for beginners, and we teach you everything.

🩵 You’ll use muscles you didn’t know you had. (You’ll probably find out the next day. 😂)

🩵 It’s way more mental than people think. Learning new movements builds confidence just as much as strength

5 things every bungee beginner should know👇

1. Start with Level 1. Every first-time guest begins here to learn the basics, safety, and proper technique.

2. Arrive 15 minutes early. You'll get fitted with your harness, and matched to the correct bungee setup before class starts.

3. Wear the right clothes. Leggings or biker shorts, a supportive top, tennis shoes, and long hair in a high ponytail or braid work best.

4. Don't worry about your fitness level. The classes are designed for all fitness levels, and you can progress at your own pace.

5. It's okay if it feels different at first. You can take Level 1 as many times as you need before moving on to the next class. The goal is to feel comfortable and confident before advancing.
