Before you blame yourself for having “no energy”…

Do a quick check of the basics. 💙

Ask yourself:

1. Did I eat enough today?

Going hours and hours without eating and then wondering why you’re dragging isn’t always a motivation problem.

2. Did my meals include protein and fiber?

Meals that nourish and satisfy you can make a difference in how you feel throughout the day.

3. Did I drink enough water?

Sometimes we’re reaching for another coffee when we haven’t even finished one bottle of water. 👀😂

4. Did I move today?

Movement doesn’t have to mean an intense workout.

Even getting up, stretching, or taking a short walk counts.

5. How have I been sleeping?

Not just last night.

How has your sleep been lately?

6. What’s happening with my stress?

Sometimes we’re physically sitting still while our minds have been running ALL DAY.

And here’s an important one…

7. Has something changed?

If you’re experiencing persistent or unusual fatigue, don’t automatically assume you need to try harder.

Pay attention to your body and talk with your healthcare provider when something doesn’t feel right.

Health isn’t about ignoring your body until it forces you to stop.

It’s about learning to work with your body instead of constantly pushing against it.

💙 Tonight, don’t try to fix all seven.

Choose ONE.

Which basic do you think needs a little more attention from you right now?

Okay, let’s be honest. 😂

When that afternoon slump hits, what’s your FIRST move?

☕ Coffee

🥤 Soda

🍫 Something sweet

😴 “I need a nap!”

🚶🏽‍♀️ Get up and move

💧 Grab some water

🙏🏽 “Jesus, help me make it to 5:00.” 😂

Or…

What afternoon slump? I’m good! 👀

What’s your go-to?

08/25/2026

Can I ask you something?

When you’re tired…what do you usually do?

Rest?

Or push through? 👀

I think a lot of women have become really good at pushing through.

We’re tired…

But there’s dinner to make.

We’re exhausted…

But somebody needs something.

We’re overwhelmed…

But the work still has to get done.

So we grab another cup of coffee, tell ourselves we’re fine, and keep going.

But here’s something I want us to think about:

Feeling tired all the time isn’t something we should automatically accept as “just life.”

Sometimes low energy can be connected to the basics we’ve been neglecting.

Are you sleeping enough?

Are you eating regularly?

Are your meals actually nourishing you?

Are you drinking enough water?

Are you moving your body?

Are you constantly stressed?

And sometimes persistent fatigue deserves a conversation with your healthcare provider rather than another attempt to “push through.”

Your body communicates with you.

The question is…

Are you listening?

Taking care of yourself isn’t about becoming obsessed with every little thing you feel.

It’s about becoming aware enough to notice when something has changed.

So today, instead of immediately asking:

“How can I get more done?”

Try asking:

“What might my body need from me?”

💙 Let’s check in:

How would you rate your energy lately from 1–10?

1 = I’m running on fumes. 😂

10 = Coach Key, I could run a marathon! 🏃🏽‍♀️😂

Before Monday ends, let’s check in a little differently.

Not with your weight.

Not with your calories.

Not with your step count.

With you.

Ask yourself:

BODY:
What does my body need more of right now?

Movement?

Rest?

Water?

Nourishing food?

Sleep?

MIND:
What’s taking up the most mental space right now?

Something I’m worried about?

Something I’m avoiding?

Something I need to make a decision about?

SPIRIT:
Have I created enough quiet to hear God lately?

Or have I been moving so fast that even my prayer time feels rushed?

You don’t have to solve everything tonight.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is simply notice.

Notice what’s depleted.

Notice what’s been neglected.

Notice what’s asking for your attention.

And then ask:

“What’s one small way I can respond to what I need?”

Maybe your body needs an earlier bedtime.

Maybe your mind needs you to put the phone down.

Maybe your spirit needs ten quiet minutes with God.

You don’t need an entire life overhaul tonight.

One intentional choice is enough.

💙 If you had to choose right now, which needs the most attention—your MIND, BODY, or SPIRIT?

And if you want to share why, I’m listening.

Monday Health Check! 💙

If you could improve ONE thing about how you feel right now, which would you choose?

⚡ More energy

😴 Better sleep

🧘🏽‍♀️ Less stress

💪🏽 More strength

🥗 Better eating habits

❤️ Feeling better in your body

🙏🏽 More peace

👀 Or something I didn’t list?

Pick ONE.

I’m curious what everybody chooses!

Can I ask you something?

How many times have you told yourself…

“I need to get back on track”?

Maybe you used to work out consistently.

You were drinking your water.

You were cooking more.

You had a routine.

You were spending more time with God.

And then…

Life happened.

Things got busy.

Your schedule changed.

Something unexpected happened.

And suddenly the routine that was working…wasn’t anymore.

So now you’re trying to get back to where you were.

But I’ve been thinking…

What if you don’t need to go back?

What if you need to start from where you are right now?

Because the woman you were six months ago may have had different responsibilities.

Different energy.

Different priorities.

A different schedule.

A different season of life.

Sometimes we spend so much energy trying to recreate what used to work that we never stop to ask:

“What do I need in THIS season?”

Maybe five workouts aren’t realistic anymore.

Could you consistently do three?

Maybe cooking every night isn’t realistic.

Could you prepare a few things ahead?

Maybe your mornings are completely different now.

Could your routine change too?

Starting where you are isn’t giving up.

It’s being honest enough to build something you can actually sustain.

So if you’ve been telling yourself…

“I need to get back on track…”

Maybe today you don’t need a restart.

Maybe you just need a next step.

💙 What’s ONE area of your health you’d like to start giving more attention to this week?

No perfect plan required.

Just start where you are.

08/18/2026

Want a simple way to think about your next meal?

Don’t start with calories.

Don’t start with what you “can’t” have.

Start by asking:

“What’s missing?”

Look at your plate.

Do you have a source of protein?

Chicken, turkey, beans, Greek yogurt, tofu, lean meat…something that helps make the meal satisfying.

Do you have something with fiber?

Vegetables, fruit, beans, or whole grains can help.

Do you have some color?

Adding produce is one of the simplest ways to increase the variety of nutrients you’re getting.

And what are you drinking?

Could you add some water? 💧

That’s it.

You don’t have to completely rebuild your diet tonight.

Sometimes healthier eating starts with making the meal you’re already eating a little more nourishing.

Instead of:

❌ “I can’t eat this.”

Try:

💙 “What can I add to this?”

That little shift can make healthy eating feel a lot less overwhelming.

So let’s practice!

What’s for dinner tonight?

Tell me what you’re having, and let’s see what everyone is eating. 😂🍽️

08/18/2026

Okay, let’s settle something today. 😂

Which meal is HARDEST for you to keep balanced?

🍳 Breakfast

🥪 Lunch

🍽️ Dinner

🍿 Snacks

OR…

😂 “Coach Key, don’t ask me questions you don’t want the answer to.”

Drop yours below! 👇🏽

08/18/2026

Can I ask you something?

When you hear the words “eat healthier,” what immediately comes to mind?

Salads every day? 🥗

Giving up bread?

No more eating out?

Meal prepping 21 containers every Sunday? 😂

Never eating dessert again?

For a lot of women, healthy eating feels like a list of everything they’re no longer allowed to have.

And honestly…

Who wants to live like that forever?

Here’s something I want more women to understand:

You don’t have to eat perfectly to nourish your body well.

Instead of always asking…

“What do I need to stop eating?”

Try asking…

“What could I ADD to this meal that my body needs?”

Could you add a source of protein?

Could you add vegetables or fruit?

Could you add something with fiber?

Could you drink water with it?

Maybe you’re having tacos.

Great. 🌮

Could you add lettuce, tomatoes, beans, or another vegetable?

Maybe you’re eating a sandwich.

Great.

What could you put beside it that makes the meal more balanced?

Maybe you’re eating out.

You don’t have to order the “perfect” meal.

You can simply make the best choice available to you.

That’s what sustainable health looks like.

Because if your way of eating only works when life is perfect…

It’s probably not going to work for very long.

Healthy eating isn’t about being “good” or “bad.”

It’s about learning how to nourish your body consistently while still enjoying your life.

💙 So I’m curious…

What’s one food you LOVE that you would never want someone telling you that you could never eat again? 😂

Let’s hear it!

08/18/2026

Before you tell yourself, “I need to do better this week…”

Try asking yourself this instead:

“What would make the healthy choice easier?”

That’s a completely different question.

Want to drink more water?

Maybe the answer isn’t more discipline.

Maybe it’s putting a water bottle where you can actually see it.

Want to eat better?

Maybe it’s deciding on three simple meals before the week gets busy.

Want to exercise?

Maybe it’s putting your workout on your calendar instead of hoping you’ll “find time.”

Want more sleep?

Maybe it’s charging your phone somewhere other than beside your bed.

Want to manage stress better?

Maybe it’s recognizing what keeps creating the stress in the first place.

Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do isn’t demand more from ourselves.

It’s change the environment around the behavior we’re trying to create.

Make the healthy choice easier.

Make the next step smaller.

Remove one obstacle.

Then repeat.

You don’t need to fix everything tonight.

💙 Pick ONE thing:

What’s one healthy choice you could make easier for yourself this week, and HOW could you make it easier?

Let’s share ideas. Someone else’s answer might be exactly what another woman needs.
