🌼💀 LIFE RETURNS OCTOBER 24. 💀🌼

As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we are proud to officially announce the return of Los Mu***os: A Celebration of Life presented by Telemundo Texoma on October 24, 2026.

This year marks a new chapter for Los Mu***os, with Potencia and Zavala Hispanic Cultural Initiative coming together to help bring the celebration back to continue highlighting Hispanic art, culture, traditions, and community.

Los Mu***os has always been honoring those who came before us, celebrating the lives they lived, and creating a space where our community can experience the beauty and meaning behind Día de los Mu***os.

This October, expect a celebration filled with:
🌼 Ofrendas & remembrance
🎨 Art & cultural experiences
🎶 Mariachi music & Aztec performances
🌮 Food & community
💀 And the return of the most unique cultural celebration in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas!

As plans continue to come together, we look forward to welcoming community partners and sponsors who share in the spirit and purpose of Los Mu***os.

DAY 281. 💪🏼🔥
Labor Day.

Yep. It’s a holiday.
Yep. I still worked.

And honestly? That’s the point.

Sometimes you sacrifice today so someone else can have an easier tomorrow.

My sacrifice isn’t just about getting stronger, losing weight, running another mile, or walking into the gym when I’d rather stay home.

My sacrifice is an investment.

I invest in my health because I want to be here as long as possible.

I want to be here to pour into my family.
To pour into my friends.
To pour into my community.
To show up when things get hard.
To be someone others can count on.

Because I know something:

My presence matters.

My health matters.
My strength matters.
My ability to keep going matters.

And I hope you know the same thing about YOU.

You matter.
Your presence matters.
The people in your life need you here.

We understand investment in almost every other area of life:

You invest. You get a return.

Your health works the same way.

Every workout.
Every healthy choice.
Every mile.
Every hard thing you do when you don’t feel like doing it…

That’s an investment in your future.

Because if you spend your entire life investing in everyone around you but never investing in yourself, eventually the account gets depleted.
