We will be holding open practices/training starting March 8th on Saturdays from 5pm to 6pm for COED players 13 and up. Mahopac Rugby Football Club is a new grass roots local youth team based in Putnam County and open to those that wish to play and help build the club. We will be holding open practices/training starting March 8th on Saturdays from 5pm to 6pm for COED players 13 and up with intro to Rugby clinics being held on weekdays for the younger ages of 8-12. At practices we will be focusing on basic skills of passing, kicking and running while having fun mainly by playing two hand touch with some fun drills mixed in. All reminder we will have practice tomorrow 4pm at Carmel Sports Club. Please bring mouth guards if you have them as we will be doingg tackle drills. After training we will take some time to talk about Sundays game so please tell your parents to come in at the end or have them call me.
