Congratulations to everyone who leveled up last night! It’s always amazing to get to celebrate the hard work of every person in our program, and to see the journey each of these kids follows and the growth the show is something special.

Today is the LAST day of Master Worlds Camp 🥋🌎👏🏼

Join us from 11-1pm for the last day of our 3-day camp led by Professor JT. Day 1 was focused on starting the match (breaking grips, takedowns, and having a strong guard pull. Day 2 was catered towards attacking from bottom. To finish off the camp, Prof. JT will be going over passing and having strong top pressure. You don't want to miss it! 🔥

Today is Day 2 of Master Worlds Camp! 🥋🌎✌🏼

Yesterday marked the first day of our 3-Day Master Worlds Camp. Led by Professor JT, Day 1 focused on grip fighting, taking our opponent down, and having a strong guard pull. Professor JT stressed the importance of starting the match off strong and being confident no matter where the match goes. The energy was high as the students prepare for the IBJJF Master World Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada. Today, the team comes back for Day ✌🏼!
