💜IT'S TWIN CITIES MARATHON RACE WEEKEND!! 🎉🏃‍♀️

We cannot WAIT to see so many of our local MOTR faces out there!

Moms on the Run will be at the Expo in St. Paul today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday) so come find us! Stop by to say hi, try on some MOTR gear, take advantage of our expo-weekend deals and soak up a little pre-race excitement with us. 💜💚

Then Sunday morning, we need you to help us turn Summit Ave into one giant MOTR PARTY. 📣🎉

Whether you have a teammate running, a friend to cheer for, or absolutely no idea who any of these runners are but happen to be excellent at yelling encouragement at strangers 😂 - COME CHEER WITH US!

🍩 Donuts
☕ Coffee
📣 Cowbells + cheering
💜 A whole bunch of MOTR friends

Find our tent on the south side of Summit Ave near Syndicate - just past mile 7 for the 10 Mile, mile 10.4 for the Half and mile 23.5 for the Marathon.

Let’s give these runners the kind of boost that makes them say, “WHO WERE THOSE WOMEN?!” as they pass. 😂📣

Plus, we’re competing for fan favorite cheer zone! After the race, vote for MOTR and help us win money for Feed My Starving Children.

And to all of our local runners taking on TCM weekend: you've done the training. Now go enjoy the celebration. We are SO excited to cheer you home. 💜

👇 ROLL CALL: Racing? Expo-ing? Cheering? Tell us where we’ll see you this weekend!

📣 Twin Cities Marathon weekend is almost here! Marathon weekend is October 3rd and 4th, and we plan to be a big part of it! 💜

Whether you’re racing, spectating, or just love the incredible energy that takes over the Twin Cities this weekend, there are plenty of ways to be part of it with Moms on the Run. 💜💚

🛍️ COME SEE MOTR AT THE EXPO
We’ll be at the TCM Expo in St. Paul Friday and Saturday with MOTR merch, great deals and plenty of familiar faces. Come say hi!

📣COME CHEER WITH US SUNDAY!
Our official MOTR cheer station will be rocking all morning with cheering, cowbells, coffee and donuts. 🍩☕

Find the MOTR tent on the south side of Summit Ave near Syndicate - just past mile 7 for the 10 Mile, mile 10.4 for the Half and mile 23.5 for the Marathon.

And we need our LOCAL crew to help us make some serious noise! 🙌

We’re going for best cheer zone again this year, and afterward you can vote for MOTR as the fan favorite to help us win money for our charity of choice, Feed My Starving Children!

If you’re racing - tell us what distance so we know who we’re watching for! 🏃‍♀️👇

If you’re NOT racing - come join us on Summit and help us remind every runner why the Twin Cities has one of the best running communities around. 📣💜

Today, we remember. ❤️

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless acts of courage and compassion that emerged on one of our country’s darkest days.

We also remember what followed - the way people reached for one another. Neighbors helped neighbors. Strangers showed kindness to strangers. Communities gathered, grieved and held one another a little closer.

Twenty-five years later, may we honor those we lost not only by remembering, but by carrying some of that love forward.

May we choose kindness. May we take care of one another. May we remember how much we need each other.

Never forget. 🇺🇸

🍂 Fall layers have entered the chat. 💜

Cooler mornings + fall miles + a cozy new MOTR hoodie? We’re READY.

The Moms on the Run store has some seriously cute new gear for the season, including full-zip hoodies in three colors (and yes, we’re still very partial to those gorgeous heathered shades 😍) plus the new cropped tank that is basically begging to be worn for a run, strength class, coffee afterward... you get the idea. 😂

Because if we’re going to show up for those chilly fall workouts, we might as well look cute doing it. 💜💚

Which are you grabbing - hoodie or crop tank? Or are you firmly Team “why choose?” 👀😂

💜 Here’s to the work that makes us stronger.

Labor Day began as a celebration of American workers and the labor movement - honoring the people whose work, advocacy and persistence helped shape things many of us now take for granted, like safer workplaces and more reasonable working hours.

And today, while we honor that history, we’re also thinking about a different kind of work.

The work we choose to do for ourselves. 💜💚

The miles we put in. The strength we build. The rest we allow ourselves to take. The friendships we make time for. The choice to keep showing up for our physical and mental well-being - even when life is already asking a LOT from us.

Sometimes work looks like an early morning run with friends. Sometimes it’s a long walk. Sometimes it’s stretching, resting and recovering. And sometimes it’s doing absolutely NOTHING on a three-day weekend because that’s exactly what you need. 🙌

So today, we’re celebrating the work AND the rest that keep us going.

How do you spend your Labor Day weekend? 🇺🇸 Do you have a yearly race, family cookout, long run, lake weekend, one-last-summer adventure... or a sacred tradition of doing as little as humanly possible? 😂
