POP WARNER ALL-AMERICAN SCHOLAR APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!

Pop Warner is proud to recognize our scholar-athletes who work just as hard in the classroom and in their communities as they do on the field, sidelines, and competition floor!

The Pop Warner All-American Scholar Program is an opportunity for eligible student-athletes to receive recognition for their academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to their community.

⭐ National All-American: Minimum 96% GPA
⭐ Regional All-American: Minimum 92% GPA
⭐ Applicants must currently be in 5th grade or higher

Being a Pop Warner athlete is about more than the game. It’s about developing strong students, leaders, teammates, and members of our communities.

POP WARNER PROCESSES ARE PUT IN PLACE FOR A REASON.

They are not suggestions.
They are not there to make things difficult.
And they are not something we get to ignore when they become inconvenient.

They exist to PROTECT OUR CHILDREN.
They exist to PROTECT OUR FAMILIES.
They exist to guide our volunteers, maintain fairness, provide accountability, and protect the integrity of every association and league.

When we accept the responsibility of leading a Pop Warner program, we also accept the responsibility of following the rules, policies, and procedures that come with it.

Sometimes that means stopping and asking questions.
Sometimes that means making a phone call before making a decision.
Sometimes that means choosing safety over convenience.

But when children and families are depending on us, doing things the right way matters.

One decision can affect a team.
One decision can affect an association.
And one decision can affect an entire league.

When in doubt—STOP. ASK. CALL.

Because at the end of the day, this isn't about adult egos, titles, or who is in charge.

IT'S ABOUT OUR KIDS.
And their safety, well-being, and experience must ALWAYS come first.

PROTECTING THE POP WARNER BRAND

The Pop Warner name, logo and patches represent more than a graphic — they represent our organization, our standards and our commitment to our athletes and families.

USING AI? PLEASE CHECK YOUR GRAPHICS!

AI is a great tool, but it does not always reproduce logos correctly. If you use AI to create a flyer, social media graphic, shirt design or promotional material, you must replace any AI-generated or altered Pop Warner logo with the correct, official logo before posting or printing.

PATCHES MATTER, TOO.

Official Pop Warner patches are part of our branding and must be properly displayed on all required uniforms.

All Pop Warner patches must go through an approved Momentec vendor. Please do not recreate, alter or purchase unofficial versions of Pop Warner patches.

KNOW YOUR SOURCE.

Just because a social media account uses the Pop Warner name, logo or photos of Pop Warner athletes does not mean it is an official Pop Warner account.

When it comes to rules, policies, schedules, championships and other important information, always verify that the information is coming from an official Pop Warner National, Region, League or Association source.

Consistent branding helps our families recognize official Pop Warner programs and information.

Parents, we LOVE the passion. We LOVE the cheering. We LOVE that you’re invested. 🏈

But when the game starts, let the coaches coach.

Too many voices giving instructions from the stands can leave young athletes confused about who they’re supposed to listen to. Their job is to play, learn, compete and have fun. Your job is to be their loudest supporter. 📣

Cheer LOUD. Encourage ALWAYS. Leave the coaching to the coaches.
