Finally got the Swedish ladder installed after it sat in a box since June! I’m no pro, but I’m excited to start working on skills I’ve never tried before.

Back in middle school I thought the human flag was the coolest thing ever and always wanted to learn it. Now’s the time.

Hope this pushes someone to get out of their comfort zone and try that thing they’ve always thought looked cool. If feeling a little embarrassed is the worst that can happen, there’s no real reason not to go for it. That awkward first attempt is just the first step to success.

Testing out our new platform area with some back squats today. It feels so cool to have weight training in the same space as the reformers. Two disciplines that compliment each other so well. Also, squatting in Pilates socks is kinda a vibe lol.

Cheers to new beginnings.
We had an amazing opening day full of familiar faces and new faces. We cant wait to see what is to come and are very grateful to Droplight Grand Park Sports Campus for taking us on and sharing the big dreams we have for the studio. May God bless this space and all who come through.
