🏆Congratulations to all of our members who worked hard this season to earn themselves an amazing amount of points!

🍀As a reminder, our 4-H members have their fitting and showmanship scores counted in their points! We love to encourage our 4-H youth to participate, including our alumni members!

✉️We will close year end points on 9/15/26 so we can prepare our year end awards!

🤩We welcome all Westfield Riding Club members and award winners to join us at our year end bonfire celebration in October! We will post the date and details soon!

Westfield Riding Club Annual Games Day

Housekeeping reminders:

Gates open at 7:00 am.
Check in at the secretary’s booth will be open for 7:30am
First class will begin at 9:00 am following the national anthem!

Vendors will set up along the inside fence line by the water hose & cook shack.
All vendors must check in at the booth & be sure they have submitted payment prior to setting up.

Shop with our vendors to pick up some special finds! Each vendor will have their own payment acceptance process however we highly suggest bringing cash 💵 to be safe!

All classes will run regardless of entry numbers. Please be ready near the in gate area so we can check you in!

Day end championships will be available in the afternoon following the last class! Champion and reserve prizes & ribbons will be awarded. In order to qualify, exhibitors must enter all classes within their division.

Leadline entries are welcome to add the youth charity class!

We are looking for a few more adults to enter the adult charity!

Thank you to Round Tuit Ranch for bringing an electronic timer system to help us speed up the day!

Wandering Waffles will be with us from 9:00 am until after lunch serving up delicious treats, sandwiches and 🍦! Stop by their truck to grab something tasty!

We would love some helping hands to reset our class patterns to keep the day flowing! If you are available between classes, have a parent/friend/sibling who will be at the show with you, please listen for our announcements at the show!
