How to do a drop rear leg sweep to avoid being countered to the head. Step forward placing your front foot 90 degrees, use your rear hand to hit the opponents front hand to help turn your shoulders and hips into the sweep, been your support leg while tucking your foot under your glute. Sweep hard and through while placing your other hand tight to your body (this allows for a quicker punch and more stability)

Kyle gets silver at the 2026 Jr. Pan American championships in Costa Rica.
He beat:
Rd 1: bye
Rd 2: 🇧🇴Bolivia 1-0 ,
Rd 3: 🇲🇽 Mexico’s national champion 2-0
Rd 4: 🇧🇷Brazil’s national champion 3-1.
His only loss was to the other American in the final. Congratulations to both USA boys making it to the top!
