In this series you will work on the “4 big lifts” deadlifts, squats, bench and overhead press. You will work on form, strengthening, and progressing each week and tracking progress.

This summer, Jess is offering two small-group programs designed to help you build confidence, improve technique, and get stronger.

💪 BOPO Build

📅 Thursdays at 6:00 PM
🗓️ July 2 – September 17 (12 Weeks)
👥 Maximum 8 Participants

BOPO Build is our progressive strength-training series focused on the 4 major lifts:

🏋️ Squats
🏋️ Deadlifts
🏋️ Bench Press
🏋️ Rows

Over 12 weeks, you’ll follow a structured program, learn the accessory exercises that support these lifts, and track your progress along the way.

This is a closed group, meaning everyone starts together and progresses together. No drop-ins. No wondering what you’re supposed to be doing next.

🏋️ Small Group Personal Training with Jess

📅 Wednesdays at 11:15 AM
🗓️ 8-Week Series (July 8-Aug 26)
👥 Maximum 6 Participants

If you’ve ever wished for more personalized coaching, this program bridges the gap between a fitness class and one-on-one personal training.

Jess will help you:
✔ Improve form and technique
✔ Build confidence with strength training
✔ Modify exercises when needed
✔ Address movement patterns that may be causing discomfort
✔ Better understand your strengths and areas for improvement
✔ Progress safely and effectively

You’ll train with the same small group each week, allowing for more individualized attention and support.

💰 $399 for all 8 sessions



Both programs are intentionally kept small because the goal isn’t just to get a workout, it’s to help you learn, grow, and feel more confident in your body and your abilities.

New offering at the Aurora studio, Body Positive Longevity with Shar! This class focuses on breaking down and rebuilding everyday patterns and functional movements that get harder as we age. We explore things like sitting to standing transitions, helping individuals notice why they might feel “stuck” and providing practical strategies to improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence. Done in a small group session with a personal trainer and active aging specialist.

Fridays at 10:30am.

Our beautiful little world at Body Positive Fitness is all we need to know that 1) all bodies can 2) everyone deserves movement 3) judgement around bodies in fitness helps no one. So we will keep doing our thing here.
