The Buffalo eXtreme’s season opener is coming soon (Oct 17th) and we are in need of a big personality to be our gameday announcer at the scoring table during games!!📢📢📢🏀

Duties would include in-game announcements, scoring plays, substitutions in and out and other game play activities. An ability to hype up the crowd is a must!

We will then reply back with a specific 15-20 minute window within the 4pm to 6pm timeframe.

XGEN Elite is proud to announce the addition of Desmond Randall to the XGEN family as our new club team director!!

Des is a Western New York coaching staple who has been successful at the high school, collegiate and club team levels.

Now the St. Francis head men’s basketball coach, Des recently was part of the historic Daemen men’s basketball staff that coached the Wildcats to a 25-0 regular season record and a #1 ranking nationally.

Before Daemen, Des headed the Villa Maria Vikings and led the program to a record 80 wins, including a top-3 national ranking throughout the 2024-25 season.

Des has also had head coaching stints at West Seneca West and Bishop Timon. With a keen talent for development and over a decade of coaching experience, Des has helped dozens of players become All-ECIC, All-MMA, All-WNY and All-Conference selections during his tenure.

In addition to collegiate and high school men’s basketball coaching, Randall has served as the head boys basketball coach and program coordinator for the Corey Graham Elite Extreme AAU team in the Under Armour Rise Circuit in Buffalo since 2016, where he leads evaluation and recruitment strategies for 17U programs while overseeing all team operations.
