We’re proud to officially unveil this beautiful 1966 Chevy II Nova, built for our customer Rick Bailey.

JSR handled this project from start to finish, working hand-in-hand with Wizard Race Cars to bring Rick’s vision to life. From coordinating the entire build, ordering and selecting components, overseeing the details, and making sure everything came together the way it should — we managed the process all the way through completion.

Wizard Race Cars absolutely knocked it out of the park on the fabrication and craftsmanship. The finished product speaks for itself. 💯

This Nova came out BADASS — the stance, the detail, the purple, everything about it. Pictures don’t do this car justice.

I know I tease him every chance I get but I’m super proud of him. With everything going on this season and for him to pull this off is truly amazing. 99.9% of the people don’t see the other side of all of this. You only get to see the good things and not all the struggles. Believe me the struggle is real but he put his head down and figured it all out. Everyone at Quarter Max you can tell they put their heart and soul into this build. I only seen about a million pictures of it but it’s beautiful. With that being said and all the bs he gave me over making sure my cars are perfect, well it’s game on! 😂 I already told him if he sees a tear rolling down my face the first time the blower pops not to judge me…

Ok the time has come. I am going to lay out all the facts all the text messages everything. You can take this information and make your own conclusions from it. I do not care anymore. This way more than the $60k I have sent this guy.

About 15 months ago I had this crazy idea to build a new lightweight car that could be dual purpose extreme 275 and a 4.84 car. I alone sold this idea to Justin Swanstrom and he started doing what he does. We called Jason at Wizard Race Cars sent him a deposit to start this build. We then reached out to Cynergy Composites bought two bodies. A c7 promod and a c7 oem body and an extra front clip for both setups. I wanted to do a screw for the extreme class and a harts charger for the 4.84 motor. Once those deposits were sent I asked Justin who builds the baddest 4.84 motors? He told me he was working on it. A few days later he called me and said there’s a guy in Florida that builds the baddest 4.84 motors. So I said let’s go! Where do I have to send the money to get this going. He sent me the wiring information for Engineering Induction Concepts or better known as Gabby. So on June 16th of last year I wired Gabby $30k to get it started. By the end of August Gabby reached back out to Justin saying he needs more money to keep the build going. So on August 25th I sent him another $15k then on August 29th $10k then $5k more on September 10th. For a grand total of $60k for a $80k motor. During that time over the summer I sold Richard Bailey on building a 4.84 nitrous motor. He was all for it and he asked Justin to find him a lightweight car which Justin did. Since they already had a car I told Justin to have Gabby finish Ricks motor first. Just being a team player knowing I was building a new car and they had a car ready to go. Fast forward to March of this year Justin and Rick were still waiting on there motor to be done. Finally something happened and Justin was able to go pick up that motor that was unfinished to my knowledge. When Justin was there he told me he didn’t see any other motors there that would fit my build. Remember he already got $60k on a 80k build. So at the end of March this year I reached out to Gabby for the first time. You will see in the texts I was getting the run around from the start but I have a lot of patience and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. By this time thou it just took too long to get the motor and things were going in a different direction. So at first I just asked Gabby to sell what he has done for me so far. He said no problem he has someone in mind already. As the days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months my patience was wearing out. Then when JR made his post and I was getting tagged into it I had a few people DM me saying pretty much the same story but what really pi**ed me off is when they told me that Gabby was using my name and Justin’s name to sell his motor. I was told the only reason they used him was because he was building motors for us. Listen everyone I’m a nobody in the racing world. Justin is not. He spend over a decade building his brand his fan base and he took me under his wing and literally taught me everything he knows about every aspect of racing. Corey Swanstrom took me under his wing and talked to me telling me what to aspect how to react in certain situations. Years of knowledge right there in front of me. So when this guy wants to screw us then use our names so he can rob other people, not on my watch! I have seen the struggles first hand I been in those struggles and I refuse to let anyone to get away with this. I will spend every dollar I have so this guy doesn’t do this to another person again. Not everyone has the resources I have and $60k is a lot of money to anyone. I know for a fact there are teams out there that invest every dollar they have to do this sport. Living paycheck to paycheck saving whatever they can when they can just to have someone like this rob them blind. Again not on my watch. Then there are the guys out there who have all the money and this happens then they know fighting to get 60k will probably cost another $60k and at the end of the day all you get is a judgement letter. It’s just worth their time or the money and move on. Well guess what, I’m not that guy either. This is being done out of purpose so this can’t happen again.
So here it is. All texts business information wires everything you need to see all I’m doing is telling the truth but everyone has there right of opinion. I just know the racing community is like a huge family. Sure there are some bad apples but as a whole everyone will help each other and I just can’t sit back and watch this guy keep screwing people over.

Go there get your parts if there is any and use someone else. I’m praying for you guys you have a better outcome than I am having. My lawyer will be filing suit.
