Talk about a scorcher! 🥵🔥

On one of the hottest weeks of the year, these kids still showed up ready to work.

We brought home multiple 🥇, 🥈, and 🥉 finishes, and our girls earned an incredible 2nd-place team finish in the Jr. High/High School division! 👏

Social media loves the wins, but the losses matter just as much. Every match is an opportunity to learn, grow, and get better. I’m so proud of everyone who stepped on the mat this weekend, and gave it there all.

We faced some tough competition… but make no mistake, we ARE some tough competition.

Congratulations to all who participated, and thank you to those who trusted me to be in their corner.

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸 Stay safe, stay hydrated, and we’ll be back to work next week. 🤼💪

So proud of these three for having an amazing day of wrestling, with one even bringing home the Most Outstanding Wrestler award! 🏅

All of the hard work you put in week after week isn’t going unnoticed, and it’s definitely paying off. Keep trusting the process and staying consistent.

Grateful to be able to help coach and support such an amazing group of athletes. Excited to get back to work and keep building.

Another week, another opportunity to make progress.

Come in with a plan and attack it with purpose. The athletes who improve aren’t always the most talented; they’re the ones who show up consistently and make the most out of every rep.

Watching these girls grow, level up, and continue to push each other during practice has been something special.

It’s awesome to see girls wrestling taking off, and I love the dedication, confidence, and talent in this room!

Extremely honored to be featured in The Valley News Dispatch. The love and support from this community has been so meaningful and something I’ll never take for granted.

It’s such an amazing opportunity to keep the doors open year-round for athletes who are looking to train and get better every day. Most importantly, thank you to NKASD, and the athletes who continue to show up and make all of this possible. You are the reason I get to keep pouring into my passion for wrestling and giving back to the sport I love.

The offseason matters just as much, if not more, than the season itself.

It’s the work when no one’s watching, the extra reps, the days you don’t feel like showing up.

That’s where it’s built.

Stay consistent now so it pays off later.
